Typically, in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days. Items such as lamps, or items ordered together may be shipped in separate boxes and arrive on different dates. Furniture and oversized items will take longer to process and ship. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For the most up-to-date info on your order, visit your order status page.
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent for processing and shipping. Orders cannot be canceled or altered.
If you need to return an item, please follow our return policy guidelines after receiving your order.
We cannot change shipping addresses once an order has been shipped.
While we strive to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition, occasionally, damage can occur during shipping. If your freight shipment or UPS/FedEx delivery arrives with visible damage, please inspect and photograph any issues with the packaging, you may need to note this on the delivery form before signing for delivery. All damages must be reported within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you need to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns and deducted from your refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. All returned items must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any other included materials.

Returns must receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) prior to being shipped back. This process can take 7-10 business days. Returns must be delivered to the designated return location within 30 days of your return authorization. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items include lightbulbs, special order items, parts, clearance items, open box items, installed fixtures, and gift cards. All Regina Andrew, Four Hands, Costal Living, Southern Living, and Renwil products are final sale and cannot be returned. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. For LTL shipments, the outbound shipping charges will not be refunded.
